The United Kingdom based Pacific Island Study Circle is a philatelic society devoted to all islands of the Pacific, including Tuvalu, Kiribati and the old Gilbert and Ellice Islands Colony. It's award winning journal Pacifica is published quarterly, along with mail auctions. Outstanding philatelic handbooks have been produced over the years.
