Note: Most of the above exist with Specimen overprints. Large quantities of most issues, perforated imperforate, intentional errors and so-called "Proofs" came on to the market after the liquidation of the former philatelic advisors and Format Printers in 1988. They are often sold at inflated prices on eBay.
